Payment Methods
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, company-issued checks, payment from your bank account, and gift cards purchased from MetropolitanDecor.com. We do not currently accept PayPal or international wire transfer payments.
As part of our company policy, we will charge your credit card before we ship. If in case an item is on backorder, our Customer Care representative will contact you and ask you if you are willing to wait for the item before we charge your credit card.
Price-Match and Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to have a personal experience with us and offer you the easiest and friendliest shopping with us. If you come across a lower priced item from other Web sites, please provide us with a link to the Web site wherein you saw the item and we will only be more than glad to match it.
Volume Discount and Trade Discount
We offer volume discount on certain products. Please do write or call us if there are products that you need us to quote you for volume discount. Volume discount percentage varies depending on the total amount of your order and the item that you want to purchase.
Order Confirmation and Order Tracking
We will send you your Order Confirmation by e-mail detailing the items that you have purchased, shipping and billing address, the total amount to be charged to your credit card and your order confirmation number. Please make sure to keep this and refer to your order confirmation number when following up your order or tracking your package.
You may track your order at any time by simply visiting the Track Order section on our Web site, and typing-in your order confirmation number. Sales Tax
You will only be charged taxes if you are a resident of California and if the delivery location is within the state of California. Please note that Metropolitan Decor is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses. This tax is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

MetropolitanDecor.com has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information including your credit card information and sign-in password are stored in encrypted format at all times. Your credit card information is only used by Metropolitan Decor until your transaction is completed, and is never stored on a server or saved in a database, online or off. Additionally, all user information is protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system.
