Our return policy is based solely on our manufacturer’s return policy and most of them do not accept returns, or may require a 25% restocking fee within 15 days of receipt of order.

What are the items you could return?
We do not accept returns for items ordered other than the ones listed below:
- Items received damaged or broken Incorrect items that were shipped
- Defective items due to manufacturing defects
- Mistakes in fulfillment of incorrect items by our suppliers.
The best way to get the return/replacement expedited is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following info:
- Full Name of Recipient
- Order Number
- Attachment of picture/s showing the damaged part of the item and packaging or box
Please make sure to inspect the delivered items once you have received them. We allow a 15-day grace period to return damaged or incorrect items shipped to you.
Refunds or Store Credits will be processed after the damaged or incorrect items have been received by the manufacturer. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
