How to file a claim?
All Claims for defective products received or incorrect products shipped must be emailed within 2 days of receiving the items.
1. The best way to get the return expedited is to email us at [email protected] with the following info:
- Full Name of Recipient
- Order Number
- Attached pictures showing the damaged part of the item or incorrect item and the packaging or box.
Note: Your email should include photos in several different angles to clearly show the damage, including the box. Please do not throw the box or any packaging materials that come with the item/s.
2. Once we have received your email, we will immediately provide you with instructions on what to do with the item/s.

All products on our website are final sale and non-returnable. Please make sure to check the product info before you place your order.
All special orders including made-to-order, custom made and imported items cannot be cancelled and are non-returnable.
Items that have been installed/assembled are non-returnable.
Refunds or Store Credits
Refunds or store credits will be processed after the damaged or incorrect items have been received by the manufacturer. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
