The Artemide Tolomeo Double Pendant Light is a pendant light designed by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina in 2006. In Artemide's words: “An extension to the iconic Tolomeo family, Tolomeo suspension features the same arm balancing system as the Tolomeo table lamp adapted to a suspension mounting system. Available in double suspension or off-center versions, with or without shade, Tolomeo suspension offers a wide range of suspended lighting solutions.”

About the designers
Michele De Lucchi (born 1951 in Ferrara) is an Italian architect and designer and was a member of the Memphis group in the 1980s. With Giancarlo Fassina he designed the Tolomeo in 1987, which won the Compasso d'Oro in 1989 and grew into a whole family, from Micro to Mega.
Giancarlo Fassina is an Italian designer and a longtime Artemide collaborator. His technical precision was key to the Tolomeo, which he co-designed with Michele De Lucchi in 1987.
